It's seem not every note 8 user face this issue n mostly cause by apps installed.
S8 series n note fe came out so far so good.
1 week restart phone 1 time it's the way for Android phones user but not everyday it will cause the battery life n quick annoying too.

Yup. That's why I said higher scores doesn't mean it is the King of all. Somehow iPhone X is slower than Note 8 in certain extent. Most people believe that the newest IOS is the culprit in here. Software and OS optimization is the key in here. Anyway, unless you are a tech reviewer, if not, then don't be bothered too much with the benchmark scores. As long as you are satisfied with the performance, then it's all good.

However, I do feel very good while knowing that Note 8 is beating down iPhone X.

its mono eventho they claim stereo....ofcoz sucks..but im not music person..so i wont bother much on speaker

I only have one grouse. Why took away IR ?
It's just a tiny dot on the top side.
If our remotes suddenly not bat power. The phone with IR can still get things done until battery replacement.

Yes... And the chicks manning the Samsung service centre front counter I went didn't even know there is IR on the older phone of theirs.

They were all stunned when I show and switch their Samsung TV there. LOL

Was wondering.. did anyone suffered the random freezing issue?..

Mine was totally random like opening facebook.. or chrome.. then out of sudden the whole phone freeze.. need to hold power + volume down key to restart

Happened twice in this 3 days , and few times before 

u need to do housekeeping with ur android..just wipe cache partition or to to apps and clear cache for FB and FB messenger...its common issue with FB if u a heavy user. just clear the FB cache.

just now took up the phone from the table, and immediately it dropped at few cm high above the table

so it hit the table at the bottom edge which is saved by the spigen case's cushion.
then screen face down hit the edge of the laptop, and saved by the tempered glass

checked the tempered glass, no scratch and my 8 is still fine

luckily that did not drop from the higher position

my cheapo TP still serve me well after 17 days

Of all the apps i have on my Note 8, FB app is the most problematic and troublesome to maintain.
Every version of update they release, i will still give it one star.

i wanna ask, why wechat keep ask me to install new update? they ask me in the apps, when i press update now then it will say my phone block unknown apps source..
