Need help!

i subscribed Astro IPTV with Maxis fibre (10Mbps), have been using it more than 3 years. Recently, the internet speed is really slow.

i am using a 3rd party router, Asus AC66u. I did tried on Lan connection, both asus router and the original thomson router, the speedtest results are the same. I also did restart the router and also the BTU, doesnt help.

Can someone please help me ?

Mine near kuchai is good

location near there too, at gembira park. sometimes i got 3-4Mbps, ping around 70+, during 6pm-12am.

best also 7Mbps nowadays. I used to have 9+Mbps.

Do note that all these tests are taken with only 1 device connected ya. (imagine if all my devices connected to the same router)

call them.. any speed lower than 8mbps can complain.. they will get that fixed.
