Want drive dun buy this project, many out thrre..peak hour 7km distance easily up to 1hour either jalan tun Razak or sultan Ismail.. everywhere same

3bedroom also better than nearby development,
gymroom ceiling at least 20ft high,
swimming pool 50m long,
hotel style grand lobby and drop off,
HOC save minimum 20k+,
free aircon,
10ft high ceiling,
freehold,
carpark with panic alarm,
lift access control,
walking distance to mrt..really difficult to lose
