Comparing recent new launch project near MRT and LRT, TB still not too bad in terms of location and pricing.

If can afford that 30k top up, why not..
Extra cp is important no matter in term of own stay or investment.
It's an extra cp of total 2cp, not 3 or 4...

Never doubt the importance of car parks. blush.gif
Just that there are also a chunk of people doesn't need 2 carparks.

But still to resale later, more cp is better... Now maybe 1 c.p is enuf but when u rent out? Or when u get marrried or wife getting car to fetch kids?? End up illegal parking outside condo? So if can go get those project with 2.c.p for each unit, less chance for illegal parking...

i know that one... but i dont like the project... plus i dont like 3 storey.... maximum 2 storey is enough... big land size landed is more important for me right now... not by adding more storey....

Agreed.

If it is walking distance to MRT and main for rental purpose, 2cp may not necessary.

But for own stay with family, 2CP is a must.

My friend stay in Capers but he commute to work in KLCC using LRT so he does not need a car (at least for time being).

Main contractor track record is far more important as developers may not necessarily appoint the same main con for all the projects.
