I have some really important information like contacts, images, and videos in my phone, sometimes I hand over my phone to someone else I was afraid that they might accidentally be deleted it.searched in Play store and find apps such as DoMobile AppLock, LEO privacy...
Have you ever used them? I hear that applock is really great but I wanna see if anyone has used it before.

get a xiaomi, activate kids mode before handover. behave like blank phone so nothing to delete.

What brand you are using?

Huawei P series came with stock lock application and hide ability.

Or you may try Vault-Hide.

I personally like this tool, besides the hide & lock abilities you can even lock/hide specific sms, photo, video, contacts, call log as well.

You can also create multiple vaults in one phone, means fallacy vaults. So if someone request you to disclose, you can open those to fake one to deceive that person.

And it has "Break-in Alerts" which able to secretly snaps a picture of any one who attempts to access with a wrong password. Vault captures a photo, the time stamp and PIN code entered by all intruders.
