In Malaysia you do not need to split 50% of your wealth to your wife. Malaysia law actually protect the guy more than the women. Only stuff that has your wife name you need to split with her.

No la. Although its not automatically give 50%, but she can get a part of it if she can prove she help pay. And bcoz of many marriage nowadays household expenses they split 50/50, the wife can fight to have part of the assets if she can get a good lawyer.In Malaysia you do not need to split 50% of your wealth to your wife.
