Been to Tmn Sutera before... not really easy access to Grand Saga... but not bad...still near anyway...

Just when to the showroom. The price is for two room is (around 300k) and three room (340k). The project already started, may be its will completed in 2-3 years.
This not prima project and located near the silk highway. Still under construction. |

Not bad price cheap for own stay. Rental would be bad this area for investment. Good for own stayers, got shuttle mrt bus directly in front of the condo to Bukit Dukung MRT

Yup facilities located at lv6. & roof for sky lounge. Mine not facing all facilities.. Totally privacy at back & conner..😁.. Only 2 unit for this type. 1 is block A & 1 is block B. |
