Not really.. It depends on what you are purchasing and how fast you need it. I’ve placed orders from Amazon USA for a product costing $22 and paid $24 shipping + customs fee. That wasn’t expedited shipping    Besides on Aliexpress, not all expedited shipping is expensive, can be quite cheap or negligible costs. See image for sample shipping cost of a product I plan to buy come 11-11. Product price is $113, so between free and faster shipping with DHL? It’s a nobrainer.

I have thought of this as well, but I am not very fond of it for the below reasons:

1. The vouchers are public property - And should be shared to the public as much as possible. These vouchers should give everyone a good time.
2. Having a closed group does not stop sybil attacks, someone could still spam use the vouchers, or someone from Lazada could be among the many as well.
Hence I was cooking up that piece of code in the screenshot - All vouchers will be public, everyone can try to get a voucher, it helps with distribution, and it is unlikely that one is lucky enough to get a large number of vouchers off that list.

In fact I wasn't too happy I had to post in hnngh because junior members would have no access to them, but I needed an interim workaround.

The idea is this:

I have a list of vouchers which I will hash using SHA3 using another piece of code I have.
Hashed results will be displayed as plaintext, and stored as an array of hash strings.

There will be a random function generating a group of 6 alphanumeric characters, appended to either 29OR11 or 15OR11, then hashed with SHA3 and searched for in the array. If it exists within the array, you've gotten yourself a voucher. If not, the tool will continue looping and trying.
From users' perspective, they just need to copy paste the provided code lines into a text file, rename it to HTML, and press a button to start attempting (or I could provide the html page as well for the less technically inclined). When a voucher is found it'd prompt an alert.
But oh well.....
