Now it seems that even the store credit code that they send as refund also say fully redeemed . They even dare to ask me to send screen shot to them to let them see. The code is unique and only myself should be able to or know it's existence right?

TLDR : Refund as store credit code also have problem. Cannot redeem.

But my top up refund is banked into my maybank account within 24,hours. So it's efficient in refund. But when is a safe time to buy again?

Too bad cannot use for top up hotlink. I tried. It says no coupon applicable.

Now give what code discount 50 ringgit also scared to buy already. Top up using 11st is so fast your top up is done within seconds or instantly. Although it is full price but hassle free . Will stick with them until lazada clears up my refunds and tell me where my order is . Already have 2 outstanding complaint not yet settle.

Anybody topping up using the lazada top up ? Working today? Even though getting refund is not hard but wasting a useful code like NOW15A is.

My redmi note 4 bought on 12 October. Near one month now. Don't know where it went. Even lazada don't know where it went after the depavali holidays.send by Ninja Van. Complain letter send three times , lazada still say it's delivered because when ninja Van tracking I saw cancelled immediately I receive email say items delivered. It's system triggered.
Why did they cancel the Ninja Van tracking ? Maybe because I complaint that ninja Van parcel is not moving.

So now the last email I receive from lazada is that they are still trying to find where my parcel is . That's 4 days ago.

But I never go chase G Store because it says at Ninja Van tracking pickup success .

It's the delivery that is the problem Not the seller.

I deal with G Store around 5times. No problems.

everything i bought from 11.11 receive confirmation e mail immediately after payment but until today 1 item say shipped but did not say via Poslaju, Gdex or Ninja . no sms , no email notification of shipment , no tracking number at all. just say shipped under" my order " , if i did not go and check also did not realize it had shipped.
