For expired card, you can transfer the credit out to a new card. Just call the Mesra hotline and they will tell the steps.

I just received both my cards ordered on 11/11.
Both cards expire on 10/22 and not 12/17 as claimed. |

How come we were not told on this term for the cards sold before 11/11?
So for the cards sold before 11/11 how do we know how long the credit will last? |
