Should I buy Galaxy S8 at RM2,499 (in Lazada) now or wait 11:11?

I have got two voucher, one 11% and 15%, however, in the voucher page, my second voucher (15% one), shows 0 uses and does not show value at the right. Can I still use it on 11:11?
