never used GP before.
ive used eneloop, fujitsu and ladda all equally good.
but just dont get those china eneloop.

Is "Not as Advertised" a good reason to return shoes back to Lazada and seek refund?

Have a weird purchase just now.

Used the LZDNOW12 voucher to buy petronas card.

When untill the page where the ask you for your TAC code, after i key in, the whole screen freeze.

I waited for like 1 minutes, then the whole apps shut down.

When i reopen, there is no order number and etc.

Then, i try to re purchase using the code LZDNOW12, they said i used the code already.

So, did the order went through?
Did lazada charged RM83 to my bank?

Now give what code discount 50 ringgit also scared to buy already. Top up using 11st is so fast your top up is done within seconds or instantly. Although it is full price but hassle free . Will stick with them until lazada clears up my refunds and tell me where my order is . Already have 2  outstanding complaint not yet settle.

I think only 1 card per order.. you can order alot and use for yourself..
thats weird.. im using android too but no prob at all.. pay via online banking. just that not yet receive email only..

Its more like connection problem.. try use wifi.. if wifi also like that, clear your phone cache..

then i also dont know what happen.. better call your bank to cancel the transaction..

I did a purchased on Thursday night but knowing that Lazada is having issues, I just used the shopback voucher (RM5 discount) to test out.

No email confirmation but order is present in My Order list. Snapshot the page just in case.

Yesterday saw the status updated to Shipping but no email or SMS is being sent.
This morning received a SMS on the shipping notification and I received an email with the tracking number.

Guess they are starting to recover?

I dont know what problem with lazada or seller , order item 23/10/2017, until today status item not update in system + still not received the item.

i should have take the computer science / programming IT haha
