Need help on returning 2 pairs of shoes due to small size.
Ordered shoes of size EU44 or according to size guide is US11.
But taken from the product spec EU44 is US9.5 as stated below:
Note:We use the US size ， EUR size and china size .
Please read our size chart carefully!!! it can help you choose the right size, based on the length of your foot. Note that if your feet too long or too wide, Please choose 1 size larger than usual.
Size: US 9.5 = UK 8.5 = EU/CN 44 = Feet length 27cm;
1) So is it a good reason to return?
2) "Return item till 28Oct2017" based on date sent to MBE or Lazada warehouse?

Is "Not as Advertised" a good reason to return shoes back to Lazada and seek refund? Material is different and size not according to size guide. https://www.lazada.com.my/helpcenter/return...-faq-return-ans |
