as long as your order can be seen in lazada account u r safe.

happen to me once. after payment, lazada account show order confirm page. ( luckily i do hav habbit to record all the order numbers into excel.) after back to main page, check order...GG..ordered dissapear, n no email receive.

if this case, lazada system failed to capture ur order. which means ur order 100% reject/cancel. And make sure u contact them immediately for the refund. but still it takes time 1-2weeks(depands) to refund the money
