Need help on returning 2 pairs of shoes due to small size.
Ordered shoes of size EU44 or according to size guide is US11.

But taken from the  product spec EU44 is US9.5 as stated below:
Note:We use the US size ， EUR size and china size .
Please read our size chart carefully!!! it can help you choose the right size, based on the length of your foot. Note that if your feet too long or too wide, Please choose 1 size larger than usual.
Size: US 9.5 = UK 8.5 = EU/CN 44 = Feet length 27cm;

1) So is it a good reason to return?
2) "Return item till 28Oct2017" based on date sent to MBE or Lazada warehouse?

Same here. I also didn't receive order confirmation email for all my 11.11 sale day orders. I guess it's too busy for them to send out email. As long as you they have your order record in lazada acc it should be fine.

Just wonder, did anyone that received confirmation email, which email provide are you using?

I am using hotmail, not a single one I got received.
