They were doing so well the past few months until suddenly everything seems to go haywire ; their tracking system doesn't work, SMS/email notifications are inconsistent, promotion campaigns are getting worse and worse, etc.

I received my Chromecast with standard delivery on the 2nd day. Ordered last week Tuesday 2.30pm, got it Wednesday 11am. Status still show as Processing when I received it

Thanks for the info though, at least now i know the order status is not accurate. Usually don't bother choosing express delivery because items fulfilled by Lazada is really good. The only time you wanna choose express is when you really want next day delivery, and that you place the order at night after 5pm. If you place order early, they will process it quite efficiently
