My redmi note 4 bought on 12 October. Near one month now. Don't know where it went. Even lazada don't know where it went after the depavali holidays.send by Ninja Van. Complain letter send three times , lazada still say it's delivered because when ninja Van tracking I saw cancelled immediately I receive email say items delivered. It's system triggered.
Why did they cancel the Ninja Van tracking ? Maybe because I complaint that ninja Van parcel is not moving.

So now the last email I receive from lazada is that they are still trying to find where my parcel is . That's 4 days ago.
