Dem my s8 bought from LZD got pink tint issue, should claim samsung or return to LZD?

They are liar.
I bought a vacuum cleaner. Subsequently I cancelled as my wife want to change model. I live chat with lazada to cancel. Then bought another one. Total 4 times asked them to cancel. 3 times they told me it has been cancelled even though in my order list is still processing on my screen.

Finally one CS told me they cannot cancel in their system and it has been shipped.

I rage. Spoke to SUPERVISOR. She told me their record showed that their previous cs already told me already cancellation cannot be done which obviously a lie. They told me it has been cancelled.

I am making a big fuss now about this now. This is what they do. Write fake report to close the case.

Hey guys need your help
I bought a gift card for 11/11 on 10/11, paid in part using a cash voucher (one time use) , remaining with credit card
The order didn't show up on my list, so I contacted them
They said the order is invalid, will refund and re validate

But the voucher still cannot use, and I received the email from them

Did you all receive invoice from Lazada for your orders sold and fulfilled by Lazada? Sent from invoice@lazada.com.my and the file is invoice.html type? Looks fishy...

You paid money to Lazada, therefore your terms and agreement are upon Lazada. 

my puma shoes already received , but not worth it becoz not so comfortable wearing it.  and i bought 2 pairs . very frustrated.

selection very few and damn expensive if buy at shop. tempted to buy online because more than 50% discount during 11/11 sales. now a bit regret but at least can fit in the shoe. hopefully it can last for 2 years for 2 pairs.
