Hello,

regarding the interview, i just went there ytd, for Medical Representative (basically medical sales). Idk how is it different for your position, but here's my experience.

My interviewer was the senior manager and another manager (i did not expect 2 person but welps). And i'd say, they really drilled me on a lot of case studies. I'm still completing my degree (exam next week), and imagine get tested with real field scenarios, i already prepared to fail the interview.

So point is,
1) get mentally prepared for it, don't go thinking it's just another "sharing session".

2) jic it's the same for your employer, talk to ppl with your field's experience, ask them scenarios and how they advice to handle it.

3) when they ask you questions that you deem vague, ask them back, what do they mean by "that". know exactly what they're asking for before answer, don't jump into answers without considering.

4) know what you want to ask at the end of the interview, especially regarding jobscope, make this clear (one of my friend got cheated by another company on this -.-)

So those are my 2 cents and i wish you luck.

Anyone else bumping here, would like to know (posting in The Ascent, not CSSC, but both opinions valued)

i) How is it like working in DKSH? Generally / As a medical rep, and how difficult it is to achieve their sales target?

ii) Current/former employee, why did you stay/leave? How is/was your working experience?

iii) Would you recommend ppl working here?

Would appreciate your thoughts.

Hi, I am thinking to apply for developer position at The Ascent. Do you mind to share some working environment about the company?
