Agree. I can't print using my office HP laserjet so what I always do is save whatever document I need to print into PDF format and look for a windows pc and print from there. It's a shame but I can't help it too.

Mac driver came with the Canon AIO MP510. Am not too sure about the new PIXMA printers but the high end one which prints up to A3 size supports Mac.

Obviously, their imageRUNNER/imagePROGRAF series also support Mac smile.gif

Just get a printer that's Mac compatible if u know ur gonna swap to a Mac otherwise just network ur Mac to a PC and print using the PC *grins*

You need gutenprint 5 which is an opensource driver for many printers. A quick Google should get you what you need. Some Xerox Phasers are supported.

Actually, some of the printer around doest not support Mac OSX. But then again, if you happen to be using xerox, maybe you guys can just installed with samsung printer driver. Maybe google around for substitution driver will work.

I know it work for my xerox using samsung driver. If you must, check also other apple fan web such as www.macoshint.com

Am sure you will be enlighten with some other hints that we might just not yet found

Some printer might work with GIMP driver.

And I bought my printer based on this list. Although it's meant for wireless printing, but it's a good guide because there's user report.
