QUOTE(yahoo12345 @ Oct 24 2017, 12:39 AM) It has alot hydrogenated oil? Generally, the thing that makes you gain weight is the calorie you eat more than you need, not the type of food that you consume. There are reasons that makes your body store fat eg, not sufficient exercise for muscle building, stressI always have the assumption peanut butter makes us fat? When I'm not exercising ifeel full and feel fatty eating it |

QUOTE(yahoo12345 @ Oct 24 2017, 12:06 AM) Tried before and it is good. Also make sure you get the 100% pure peanut butter without any salt/sugar added. It might taste weird at first but you should get used to it. I usually take 2-3 table spoons of peanut butter along with 2 slices of bread before work out. |

QUOTE(overfloe @ Oct 24 2017, 05:06 PM) My wife bought it for me once, did not like it as it tasted bland and spread thin (lack of 'butter' or hydrogenated oil?). Do not feel satiated after eating unlike conventional brandsWent back to my usual brand (boast 7g of protein per serving). At this point of my diet, I m not too concerned about the extra fats/oil |
