Anyone used jobbie malaysian peanut butter before?
Is it healthy?

Any other recommendations?

i never heard of the brand before but it sure looks like it tastes good based on the images i see online. sweat.gif

i just grab the cheapest peanut butter i can find usually. the one i'm consuming now is highway creamy peanut butter. apparently it has no cholestrol i suppose it's healthy.

It has alot hydrogenated oil?

I always have the assumption peanut butter makes us fat?
When I'm not exercising ifeel full and feel fatty eating it

Generally, the thing that makes you gain weight is the calorie you eat more than you need, not the type of food that you consume. There are reasons that makes your body store fat eg, not sufficient exercise for muscle building, stress

Tried before and it is good. Also make sure you get the 100% pure peanut butter without any salt/sugar added.
It might taste weird at first but you should get used to it.
I usually take 2-3 table spoons of peanut butter along with 2 slices of bread before work out.

My wife bought it for me once, did not like it as it tasted bland and spread thin (lack of 'butter' or hydrogenated oil?). Do not feel satiated after eating unlike conventional brands

Went back to my usual brand (boast 7g of protein per serving). At this point of my diet, I m not too concerned about the extra fats/oil

Best peanut butter? Any peanut better or natural doesn't matter tho as long as i can fit in those macros even nutella is good too. Srs

My usual 100% peanut butter is creamy with enough natural oil.
Cant go back to stuff like lady's choice etc.. too much sugar and artificial taste.

Nutella? For sure it taste good but the sugar is like 8x the protein per serving.

Is that really necessary to look for sugar? I said i look at the macros and cals. Every food has sugar
