My laptop toshiba portege r930. I tried to connect with exp gdc external gpu (gt950) via express card. When I power on laptop, laptop bricked, screen blank totally and laptop fan can be heard running fast. (I did not disable igpu intel display)

Any idea if this can be fix by flashing bios ? N how much estimate does it cost ?
