which 4k recommend to get?

Will get this monitor for long term use (upgrade GPU in the future)

Budget around RM 2500 - 3000

for video editing, content creation, photo edit
Good colour accuracy/IPS
around 27 inch
will play games on it at 1080p since my GPU (a 1050ti) is not capable of 4k gaming
As long as smooth 60fps

I guess you never read about gaming at 1080p on a 4k monitor

Read again, I'm using this monitor in the long run. I will upgrade the graphics card in the future

1080p at 27 inch is acceptable. Not ideal but not a big issue.

I am ok with that. Just I didn't know 1080p in 4K panel still sharp and clear as that is not the native resolution.
