The dumprep.exe process is used by Windows to create a report of errors as they occur in your system, as a text file. It will then prompt you to send this error dump file to Microsoft. This process can be terminated if you do not wish to send error reports to Microsoft.

dumprep.exe is flagged as a system process and does not appear to be a security risk. However, removing Dump Report Utility may adversly impact your system.

The Spy Bot database currently registers dumprep.exe to Microsoft.

This is part of Microsoft Windows.
I have downloaded your minidump file from the FAQ Thread u have posted. Please wait for a while I analyse it.

What was the last thing u installed or updated onto your pc before this "nightmare" occured?

I'm trying hard to understand what u r trying to say...

I read, thrice; I got some few points here:
You reformatted your computer last night. (22 April)
You solved all problems except for the blue screen.
The HijackThis log is after u formatted your pc? If after, then there is nothing to check...
You do not need to to disable the dumprep program...

If this is correct, what I want you to do now is:
1. Find an updated driver for your graphics card.
2. Post your new minidump files here.

I suspect that you are installing bugged drivers, that is why u still face the BSOD after reformatting.

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck.  Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem.  Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003.  This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG.  This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG.  This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

Ok, let me help u to save money also brows.gif
Do u know what is Windows Service Pack 2? You can download this from the microsoft website and install it into your pc. It will update your windows drivers and reduce your blue screens! thumbup.gif

Download links for SP2:
Microsoft Webpage (Just ignore the warning in the microsoft webpage...)
Mirror 1 (Softwarepatch.com)

You can also order the service pack 2 CD and they send it to you by mail. Oh, its free by the way... nod.gif
