Wonder if Sungai Long SL2 is under Kajang or Cheras in official address? In land search title it is written under mukim Cheras?

Cheras is split to KL and Selangor.
Sg. Long is under Kajang - MPKJ.

The demarcation is near Cheras Sentral, area after is considered under Selangor (not KL)

the whole of cheras Selangor is under MPKJ. Cheras KL under DBKL.

What TS wanted to find out is whether Sg Long is under Cheras Selangor or Kajang.

Perhaps can google no?

Then is Mahkota Cheras also under Kajang in address?

Just want to find out shall put Kajang or Cheras as the district in mailing address

MPKJ normally will put Mahkota Cheras address as Cheras while for Sungai Long is Kajang, although the land is held under mukim Cheras..

I think SL2 (by SHL) postal code is 43200

SL4 (Sungai Long) - 43000
BMC - 43200

43200 is Cheras, 43000 is Kajang period.

MPKJ's statement of accounts for assessment is based on the address the applicant filled in it need not to be the address of the premises and MPKJ won't care the post code is correct or not.

The address appear in the statement can be anywhere eg I own property in Balakong but the postal address still in Sg Long, you get my point?

im getting more confsued as time goes by but i always put my poskod as 43000 and will always arrive.

99% of Cheras Selangor is under MPKj since it lies under two mukims administered by MPKj - Mukim Cheras and Mukim Hulu Langat (Bdr Mahkota Cheras, SL2 and Venice Hills are under the latter mukim). Meanwhile, 1% of Cheras Selangor is under MPAJ since it lies under Mukim Ampang. The areas of Cheras under MPAJ are Taman Bukit Segar Jaya, Taman Cheras Hartamas, Kg Cheras Baru and Taman Cheras Indah.
Cheras Hartamas (CH) is kinda unique as the northern part is under MPAJ, while the southern part is under MPKj. Both parts of CH uses the same postcode of Cheras Selangor that is 43200, although the Ampang side of CH also use 68000 Ampang and 56100 Kuala Lumpur (postcode of Pandan Indah). 56100 is mainly used by Kg Cheras Baru and Taman Cheras Indah.. (I've heard of Cherasians that use the 43200 postcode for the latter, as I have a friend that lives in Taman Cheras Indah and uses 43200 in their postage address.)
