try using other phone as hotspot. previously bought dlink ipcam & cant setup using streamyx/unifi. but mobile hotspot seems ok. i forgot how i edit my streamyx/unifi router setting that time (more than 10yrs ago liao) but it works after that. just try setup using mobile hostpot to eliminate other factor & determine that streamyx/unifi router is the one causing connection error. good luck!Choose locale Mainland
