Have you updated your DaFangs to the latest version? Can download video notifications without problem?

Sifus here need your help!! Currently just bought Dafang IP cam. Issues here can't connect via Unifi Wifi (2.4ghz wifi.). After QR code scanning error connecting timeout. Retry but no luck. But when connect via Mobile Hotspot it successful. Any special setting into Unifi router?

just installed dafang at home, current firmware out of the box is 5.5.1.285, there is a prompt to update to 5.5.1.327
Should I or leave it be? |

Updated. Now the motion alarm video screwed again. Everyte want to download it shows percentage progress but once it reach 100% it shows download timeout.
The rest works fine. |
