I stillnot booking it with this following matters
1) This project still under processing on APDL . It’s mean developer has the right to change anything or pull back the project if they want . The sales staff said will be approve by this end of March or April . Let’s see then .
2) They still didn’t appoint any panel lawyer for this developer so if purchaser wish to book a unit there they have to use cash or internet banking bank in to the developer bank account ( Based on my property agency experience developer has no right to collect money from purchaser if the project hasn’t approve APDL .but developer can appoint his panel
Lawyer as a stake holder for purchaser booking .But the way they collect booking would’t feel weird?)
3) This is a hongkong developer and he has no any track record of his development in Malaysia . This canopy hill will be his 1st development project . Will it’s feel too risky ?
4) The Promotion is quite interesting cause just wan to pay rm1000 booking fees , free all legal fees and stamp duty and u easily to own a unit there . Does it make sense? Which u r buying a rm250K enjoy high rebate with low cash out .
That’s Is why I still take a brake to book this project . But if the project APDL is approve then maybe can be decide to get one .
