Apparently Google US extended their promotion.

He honors the 2 year warranty but you may have to bear the cost of shipment if you need to claim warranty.

Sorry for noob question. For old phones we usually have USB-A to micro-USB/lightning cable. We use them for charging and file transfer.
Now with the Pixel 2, it comes with USB-C to USB-C cable. So is it necessary to purchase USB-A to USB-C cable for file transfer? Or is everyone just using google photos and google drive.

Guys, I'm getting an unusually strong phone vibration and haptic feedback on my Pixel 2xl. The phone buzzes loudly everytime it vibrates. I have been using this phone for a month and it was fine. Any idea what's going on or what should I do? I didn't drop my phone.

Anyone made warranty claim from Shiro? How long is the process and cost? I suspect my vibration motor is faulty. My phone's vibrations are annoyingly loud and the haptic feeback also has some weird clicky sound. I have been using the phone for a month and the vibration was fine and it felt premium. Suddenly yesterday the vibration motor downgraded itself into a cheap motor.
