Pixel 2 screen got no issue, it's pixel 2 xl.

naked should be ok for pixel 2, got plastic/rubberized texture help with grip. but still if fall, sure got scurve here and there.

haha taking out the bumper out of dbrand skin most likely will tear the side. unless you're very carefully person with high luck rate.

After Pixel 2, I revert back to Pixel OG.

No headphone jack and Google Photo only last till 2020 are very big no.
All related accesories for P2 is still high price tag, and not much choice.

If user can ignore those missing port, Pixel 2 is a very solid great phone to begin with. by the time Pixel 3 launch, Pixel 2 will be cheaper and accessories availability will be easy to find too.

Yeah, I initially think just like yours. Considering I've sold my Pixel and Pixel XL before, I think I should move to new flagship which is Pixel 2. Having hard time to deal with bluetooth headset (need to charge after certain hour of usage), I realize headphone jack is a real deal breaker. It just that convenient to have the best of both wire and bluetooth headset to use, as both can perform best in different situation.

From my experience of Pixel OG, I bet SD821/4gb ram will survive another few years, if you can resist new incoming flagship spec.

If withing 1 week of arrival, you can get 1 to 1 replacement. More than that, you'll be send for repair process that will take up to weeks to complete. But first, ask them on FB or straight email them (you should got the paper included in box).

Pixel on stock android also got lag sometime too, I'd say 99.9% smooth, and 0.1% lag.

that's a very nice price. many of us paid more than that for pixel 2 xl.

Anyone have experience buying Pixel/Pixel 2 direct from Verizon US? It seems can't be OTA update without Verizon sim. Any help regarding this?

i see, it seem this Verizon unit can be update after various trial. let see how it goes.
The update was to fix the screen washed out.

p2xl is nice if screen issue ignored. smoothness is on another level, even camera win against ipx.
