So yeah, I've succumbed and ordered Pixel 2 from T&L via 11street with CNY coupon.

I have exact sentiments man. It's not loud either... Maybe Google didn't use good speakers....

Relatively speaking la... like the  pixel 2 is louder than pixel 2 xl too. They are loud enough for normal use,
but i reckon there are other single speaker phones that are even louder in a controlled manner, like the fruit phone or samsung haha...

11Street is having CNY Coupon now, Dilemma between the 2 and 2 XL, not sure which one to get.

Yup I see most reviewers said it's good. But I feel it lacks depth.

Can anyone recommend me a glass protector for Pixel 2? Been using it naked since I bought it but i'm kind of worried of scratches and stuffs. Would prefer something that fit nicely with Ringke Fusion.

Screen doesn't register multiple touch. Like when youre actively using left thumb to navigate front left right back for your character in game, using right thumb movement to pane view left right up down will fakap 80% of the time.

For day to day use, there's not much scenario that i can give which affects usage. Pinch in and out to zoom in browser/image seems to be ok. I never experienced the bug till i play PUBG

Unlock bootloader has nothing to do with OTA. If u do systemless root using magisk, your system partition will remain pristine untouched. So when you download OTA,just uninstall magisk (via magisk manager app) and install the OTA update.

Then u flash magisk afterwards to regain systemless root again.

If you unlock bootloader then flash custom ROM or temper system partition, then you can do OTAs anymore. Most pixel users use factory image or OTA since stock is already good enough supplemented by magisk mods and systemless host editor for adblocker

Yaya. I really like the stock android experience.

But been researching around and watched some reviews on Youtube. I think the biggest concern is still the quality of the screen. eg. Burn-in, blue shift, dull/washed our color.
Plans to see if I can get a demo set to see for myself before placing an order for it.

First world problem, currently i'm using AirPods with Pixel 2 XL but not all function works like stop song when one earphone is off my ear.

Is the Pixel buds for sell yet?

May patch doesn't change Android version. So yes it works flawlessly. Dp2/beta is no longer Android 8.1 though

Do you mean SP = normal screen protector? The feeling when touching normal screen protector vs glass screen protector is different. I prefer glass. This is the first time i use phone with screen bigger than 5 inch, don't know can put in pocket or not. 
May I know before this why it need rooting to play? And t only affect PUBG or there are many other apps/games affected?

finally my case i ordered online reached edy,quite nice surface feel,and it doesn't add more bulk to the phone.this case have minimalist look on it.and it only took 3 days to reach KL.
