Don't ever allow courier to clear these for you as they will charge you another rm200-300 as service fees!! You can asked your friend to undeclare phone value to reasonable n not ridiculous price to reduce gst. Custom aren't that dumb to know grossly undeclared value. Or you can risk declared as digital camera but if caught prepare for false declaration.
