The rear glass panel of Pixel 2, what's the material it made of? Corning Gorilla Glass 4 right? My Pixel 2 covered with Ringke Clear Case. The material is plastic PC. The inner got tiny debris between the phone and the inner lining of the case and left a minor scratch on the rear glass panel. It is not very noticeable, but since I aware it was there, I gets really annoying.

Do you guys face the same issue? I'm thinking of slapping clear coat or dbrand skin on the back panel.

Anyone facing soft screen issue problem? Gorilla Glass 5 seems durable to take impact, but tondo so Corning compromise to build the glass softer, hence reducing the scratch-resistant of the glass. Interesting...

Sharing my experience on OG Pixel XL, although was previous gen Gorilla Glass 4, but upon unboxing ( not even first boot ), it slide down from my lap onto tile floor, three obvious scratches occurred middle of the display ( likely thanks to sands ).

So just be careful, when bad luck strike, nothing can stop.

I used Oppo before, naked without any protection. No scratches or whatever. But Pixel 2..hmmhmm. GG5 on Samsung S8 also face same problem. The thing is you can be extra careful, but when things want to happen, it happens. Grain of sand in your pocket, you slid the phone in your pocket. Take it out, walla..scratched screen. Slap SP & case for extra protection, but I really like using phone without any.

My Google Pixel 2 (small, not XL) having issue with the front speakers. When I got my phone in December, I did not have this issue. Today, I rebooted my phone. Then, I tried to listen to YouTube and I noticed something was off. The sound quality was terrible (crackling & distortion) and the volume adjustment was off (the loudness of the speakers wasn't the same as before, if the volume on mid the sound softer, I need to crank the volume to max to hear the sound). I tried music in Spotify & Yonder, I also played some internal video, the results are consistent across different apps. I also noticed if my alarm went off, the sound only coming from the bottom speaker.

I need other Pixel 2 owner opinion if you guys also have the same experience as me. Are you device speaker loud enough in the mid volume? Or you have to crank to max to make it loud enough?

Please give me some insight. I hope this is normal and not my hearing deteriorating.
