Just WOW....

Ok, I went again to TMPoint last Monday 6 November 2017. I said I want to apply for RM89 8Mbps Streamyx Bonanza and showed the guy the promotion pamplete.

I told him currently I'm still on RM160 8Mbps Streamyx (RM170.65 with GST permonth) but contract already end.
He said can, no need to cut current phone line and reapply new phone line with the new promotion package. That's what he said.

And then he proceed to take my thumbprint twice, photostat my IC, and write the info down on a piece of paper. He said next week I will get SMS informing the change to my new subscription package as the promotion still new at this time.

Now, I read on this forum promotion has ended. WTH?
Am I being Taichi-ed here?

What should I do now? I'm itching to go to that TMpoint again tomorrow and ask for an update. If I got played by their wayang I will definitely request to talk to their manager.
