wtf only 2x speed? Give 100mbps!

anyone managed to get free upgrade from rm88 8mbps ?

tm says

1) i am not eligible for free speed upgrade because im using special package?

2) unifi area newly planted below 1 year

yes this is really daylight robbery..

i chatted with tm live chat.. some say i can get free upgrade.. some say i cannot get free upgrade with bunch of excuse .. really tm making my blood sugar boiling..

i have no idea why is TM(Norhazila) dealing with my SKMM report..

cannot give free speed upgrade not because of technical limitation but because tm poll less than 1 year.. hahahaha funny ..

just now i complain tm live chat.. said also blur2 about the less than 1 year tm tiang unifi.. i think tm made that up.. he said

"by right if area have unifi service and you address in coverage, suppose don't have any issue if customer want to upgrade"

..i think he re-open or made a new report to sales department or what ever is happening..

i thought tm had new streamyx package?

RM11 per Mbps is still expensive in today.

actually about free upgrade.. need to wait in august.. idk its really complicated how TM system is working.. its like they are working seperately instead of working as one..

TM too much tido when under previous governmant..

now they panic to upgrade everything when new governmant rule but it will take another few years..

anyone know how much TM going to give free turbo boost ? from 8 mbps to 100mbps ??
