morning tm call me said will decrease RM30 for my 8m streamyx also no contract extend because i complaint through skmm.but i will continue complaint it.

Can you tell how much your 8M price before discount?

Are you in Unifi area? If not, I wonder if they decrease also because there is no free upgrade?

150-20,160 also can argue them to decrease RM30 i think.
non-unifi area. they decrease because user complaint skmm kaw kaw,then tmnut give that offer. but i think RM130 still too much for 8mbps!

Streamyx prices always been high. Now 8M is RM100 but for new users. Maybe can try to get that price too.

If not in Unifi area, I wonder if there will be any offer made. Let us know if you get such info.

I think he will focus more for Unifi..
Streamyx I guess he can't do anything, it's dead at the end.

Unless he forced TM to upgrade Unifi. Else, everything is rubbish.

The sole problem with streamyx is the Pricing...nothing to do with technicals and those bulls##T excuses. TM belongs to Khazanah, and Khazanah belongs to the government. If the gomen want to reduce price tomorrow, it can do so.

True, if gov intervene and insisted that TM must reduce the price for streamyx, they have to follow. But I don't think it will come into reality. TM's profit at some point goes to gov at the end and they have to put half blind into this.

Means your Streamyx can go up to 4mbps at maximum. Your above address is an ICP address, think that's the Streamyx one.

You'll need to check whether your address ID has a NOVA address and key it back in to see the details on the UNIFI in your area if any.

From the above, you're in the same situation as me:

1. In UNIFI area
2. On Streamyx

Based on what I gathered, three possibilities

1. The best is they upgrade you to UNIFI lite at or about the same price you're paying for Streamyx now; or
2. Second best, they increase your Streamyx speed to 2x what it is currently at the same price. If you're already on 4mbps, then sorry...
3. Third, you don't qualify for any upgrade.

Wait till 15 Aug to see which option you get... HOPEFULLY.
