Just got my xbox last Saturday from DjiNn . I got the holiday bundle with N3 and PGR3

Didn't get to test it out until Sunday evening though. When I did get to play with it, it was marvelous!!!
I was bloody shivering when connecting the xbox to the tv.
Hope to get on live soon to game with you xbox veterans.

But I have some probs with the display on my TV.
The display seems stretched as I cannot see the edges of the dashboard.
I change already the display settings on the cable and in the xbox settings to TV and normal but it is still stretched a bit.
Is it because of the TV it self or is there anything else I need to change for the display.
I'm so sad cause I cannot see the who screen of the games

tried all ready. set the output of the cable to TV.
Then change the settings in xbox dashboard to normal display.
but still seems a bit stretched. Not much around 1-2 inch on both sides of the dashboard.
Is it because of the TV?? no rite??

Maybe its the compatibility with the TV brand??
But thats not supposed to be an issue rite?
By the way I was using an LG TV. A few years old already.
The permanent TV would be a Toshiba Bomba, also a few years old.
Is there any issue with older CRT flat screen TVs?

Hurrmm . maybe there is settings in the TV need to change or disable? what do you think?
I got to find a solution if not I will go mad thinking about it

where got the funds to get and LCD. just finished it buying the new xbox.. Ehehehehe..
Maybe what you say is true... maybe need to adjust some settings in the TV itself but dunno how...

ya lor.. a bit strect no change much la..
only on some games cannot see the display information place near the left and right edges.
unlucky for me, i dun hv the VGA cable connector. Maybe will get some time later la...
But play on TV much bigger the image.. ahahahhaha

Here's a noob question for all of you.

If i have a gold subscription to xbox live, will it be only for 1 gamer tag or for as many gamer tags I have?

So that means I need multiple gold subscriptions so that different gamers tags can go on xbox live. What about download such as themes, avatars and demos such as the GOW maps and other game demos?

Yeah but if I download gold exclusive stuff, is it shared with all my gamertags or just the tag that downloads it is the only one that can use it

Is buying from Play Asia any good? How is the shipping conducted?

When I got my 360 from DjiNn, he said that older title might be hard to get.

Also if buying from Play Asia, i'm still blur about the region codes. Which ones can run on the 360 i bought (asia version)? Whats the difference between Asia and Japan version?

got a question here..

Just bought a game (Kameo) from Play Asia earlier this month. When i tried to play it last night for the first time, the console says unplayable disc.
What does that mean? Have any of you guys faced before?

I already bought the Asia version, so I don't think it is because of region lock. I haven't tried the game on any other consoles though.

What is the return policy of Play Asia and how to go about this? If I'm not mistaken have to send back and wait for them to verify if they got the same prob on the game disc. If not then no luck.
