haih, girls always like that. well, you can tell her eat right. don skip meals but don take tidbits in between meals. 3 meals a day. dinner eat less. no supper. lunch eat average. enough to not feel hungry. morning can just drink some milk o take 1 slice of bread o sth. not too heavy. but tell u wad if she like oats even better. its good too and not fat. reduce rice intake. take more fruits. wish u all the best.

well, the only thing u can do is talk nicely to her. joke a bit like e.g. tell her she is pretty. then if she say she fat, say don trust me di wo? stuff like that.

its hard. but at least she promise nt to skip meals thats a good start. try advice her take fruits. its better than eating nth.

or maybe u try convince her that u make a meal schedule for her. and make sure she follow it.

i am almost in the same situation. that day i called her. she said leave her alone this few weeks. then i say i will go over in august. hope i can see her. she said the answer is no. i ask why she said she don wan me to spoil her holidays. i really dunno wad to do and wad to say. then after talking a while she said just leave her alone for this few weeks and start anew. now i am confuse. should i go to kl? i know most probably she won wan to see me. shud i make a surprise for her? please advice.

nice idea king. maybe its worth the try. i made an mv and sent her. but she has yet to take it. it reach her place but she need to go and collect it from the office.

ya i am scared that something bad might happen too. but she suggest a new beginning. i don really understand why. maybe i really made sth bad this time?
