I'm trying to understand in case any cooking or baking sifu can enlighten me, is Evaporated milk equal to evaporated creamer ?

Most of the shopping mall selling evaporated creamer, but the recipe asking for evaporated milk

If anyone know where to get Carnation evaporated milk will be much appreciated.

yup..as stated on the label.instead of krimer they put susu which ofcourse, a milk.

Have you try compare with other brand ? wondering would the taste have much different from brand to brand

a bit expensive than any other evaporated creamer.taste wise,more creamier ofcourse.
