Hi, I just bought my platinum headset two days ago, at first it works perfectly, but today, I found out that the left side of the headset does not have sound, so I checked the settings in ps4. After making sure everything is right, the left side still don have sound!

Then, I try to change the audio mode in headset companion app, after complete changing it, now my headset completely no sound at all!

Anyone know what should I do now? :/

Oh btw, the left side sometime sound are not as loud as the right side too!!

Looks defective. Send back for warranty.
