I spotted a white small dog (suspected a missing dog/abonded dog) behind Public Bank
Gunung Rapat, ipoh. It is a white colour n small dog. someone nearby told me that the dog has been in the same place for 2 weeks. location is behind public bank gunung rapat,ipoh. Just next to kfc drive-Thru. very friendly dog.
