Reason for adoption/ Message for interested parties: Finding for loving and caring owner. This dalmation is playful and friendly, but he's deaf! TAKE NOTE. Google how to take care a deaf dog. Certain percentage of dalmation is born deaf. Need human companion. NEED A GOOD OWNER to take great care of him! I cant keep him anymore because the popeye keep bark non stop during night. Neighbours been complaining =( I've just shift to new house, Planes been passing by everynight and the dog will bark at the light for hours..Hope to find a good owner for Popeye.
