Special needs: Special attention from owner, is too young and having skin problem.

Reason for adoption/ Message for interested parties: Was found in the center of the LDP laying at there. Too pity to see her being run over by any verhical so i took it home. I do not have a proper place for small little puppy like this as it as well need special attention and medication. Is a funny little dog as well. Need dog lover who are serious to bare the responsible for the rest of her life
