We are an NGO from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, known as A.C.T.Sabah (Animal Concern Team Sabah/Persatuan Kebajikan Haiwan Sabah). ACTSabah is is a charity set up by a group of concerned citizens with a mission to help minimize the amount of stray dogs and cats in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo as well as create awareness regarding pet ownership and responsibility
