Hey shifus here,
Yesterday I just reset my windows 10 with all files completely wiped off, and my bro went to setup my pc with offline account, after the setup is complete, I add another online account which is my personal email account. but as u all know, windows 10 always required a password login when u startup ur pc, so I went to netplwiz to disable the password required to login > and went to advanced delete some local account( because I thought this gonna delete the offline account which my bro setup earlier) but after I have deleted the account and go restart > my Microsoft account unable to login anymore with my password, I mean the entire PC unable to login, it keep showing incorrect password which the same password I've entered for years.

need shifus here to enlighten me.

Login into Microsoft account on the web instead of on the PC
Go to outlook.com and try to login

When you created Microsoft Account in Windows 10, you can should remove it from Settings in Windows 10. Not through netplwiz. (Only use netplwiz for debugging purposes).

Did you try logging in with your microsoft account password instead of the offline password?

Oh any recovery disk will do, does not have to be the same one that came with your machine. Recovery disk, installation disk etc they are actually the same, it is actually W10's rescue disk all in one

oh sorry 'disk' i mean a USB, hardly any optical disk nowadays. Use windows media creator, download windows and it can be used a recovery drive to reset the PC.
