Yes. Better for me. I bid from SG for auction property. Dont have to squeeze with all the siao lang and all the underhand ghost bidders, shark lawyers etc. If above my budget, i just dont bid. Less emotions and more profit focus with less distractions.

Penang cannot buy low cost if u already a property owner.

Err, dunno why agents keep on saying cannot buy etc when i wanted to big for one flat in penang last year.

I can confirm not bumi unit. Mayb the project got title restriction on income. Oh well, got alot of other properties, just not cheap enuf to buy.

Contact the owner directly. Go the unit onsite auction and ask for the owner contact. Proclaimation of sale got write owner name.

Just buy.. Don't wait. Opportunity waits for no one.

I would just transfer the electric and water bill to my name then cut off all. Lets see how long he can live without electricity and water.

Some ppl are like that one. Rented to a few like that one. I manage to kick them out in a week. Make them stay uncomfortable as possible. Cut everything like electric n water. Change lock add lock, break the squatter lock and throw out his belongings etc.

Squatters will leave once they deem not safe. At midnite and come to the house, break the lock. Push his car out in the open etc. Everyday harass him/her. They will just find another home to squatter.
