If bank fail, whole country economy could be effected; if borrower bankrupt, only borrower 14th floor. between bank and borrowers, bnm and gomen naturally protect bank unless the borrower could bring the bank down.

if borrower didn't defaulted, bank couldn't charge penalty loan rate. so who is at fault on loan default/penalty loan rate? similarly for npl.

btw, when donald trump defaulted his bank loan, he sued the bank. perhaps, borrowers in lyn could emulate similar act.

For the fact that he dare to do so means that MY really need a much tougher law enforcement so that everyone will abide by laws.

That is the whole idea.. Usually people will bid in auction when the property is 25-40% below market value, but recently many sohai bid like there is no tomorrow tongue.gif

My fren (bank staff) doing the auction property for the bank he works in. He told me quite a lot actually forfeited their deposit when they can't get loan from bank.

This happens when you have an occupier that feels there isn't anything in life to lose.

Salute to the new owner, extremely patient one. I'd have called in some thugs long before it came to this.
