This is my second baby, my friend introduce me to keep the placenta after delivery and become tablets and consumed myself. It is good for our body and no harm to our baby if we have breastfeeding to our baby. It is rich of collagen and our wound can heal faster.

Therefore I decided to take for this time. Before that, I was feel geli when I saw other people choose to keep it for own consume. Anyone have this experience? How is the effect? And the price

i do check online the benefits of placenta encapsulation.. Just for sharing.

1. Increased release of the hormone oxytocin, which helps the uterus return to normal size and encourages bonding with the infant
2. Increase in CRH, a stress-reducing hormone
3. Decrease in post-partum depression levels
4. Restoration of iron levels in the blood
5. Increase in milk production

I didn't keep mine. But you know, interestingly, but at the same time weird, people in the Philippines use placenta as an ingredient for cosmetic products. There are placenta creams, placenta soaps and all sorts of placenta products.

First week 4 capsules daily with 2 in the morning and 2 in the night. Afterward, 1 capsule per day. Until all the capsules been finished.

My friend has tried for two times, one time operation and one time natural delivery. So far she and her children are ok and she introduces me. So I just have a try on it.

Based on what she said, her wound is faster recovery as c-sec..The rest of benefits are very depending. The quick recovery is attractive to me. I not sure the effectiveness yet, but I just think as this has taken by many people with no much negative effects, why not give myself a try
