Basically it's all about the risk and rewards. The reliability comes when u have dealt with them.
Even if u were to rent out the unit by yourself, u are still at risk of bad tenants. So in comparison to a comparison, isn't suppose to be more reliable in that sense? It drills down to how your agreement with them are drafted. |
