Uber & Grab new regulation

I saw Uber and Grab updated their regulation to consider new applicants with cars manufactured 2011 and above only effective 1st October 2017. Is there anyway i can get around this regulation? I have a car that is 2008 and i am considering joining either Uber or Grab. Please pm me if it is not convenient to discuss openly. Thanks

Not yet implement. But Grab's new rule is car age has to be 7 years or newer
